NIIT is looking for a skilled Instructional Designer to create engaging, learner-centric digital learning experiences and e-learning content.

? Key Responsibilities:

? Develop storyboards aligned with design documents and instructional design principles.

? Create audio scripts and detailed visualization notes for graphics, animations, and videos.

? Collaborate with the Media team to conceptualize engaging learning content.

? Capture screenshots and create screen-based simulations as required.

? Ensure content adheres to global language standards and project-specific style guides.

? Review multimedia elements from an instructional design perspective.





? Test final course deliverables against defined test plans and quality standards.

? Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.

? Participate in client kick-off meetings, design walkthroughs, and project handover meetings.

? Ideal Candidate: A detail-oriented professional with strong storyboarding, content development, visualization, and instructional design skills, along with effective communication and collaboration abilities.
