Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, covering multiple positions: Assistant Restaurant Manager (2), Floor Executive (2), Captains (6), Stewards (6), Bartenders (4), and Assistant Bartenders (4). Team members will oversee and support daily restaurant operations, ensure smooth floor management, and maintain high standards of guest service across all areas.

Responsibilities include welcoming and serving guests, managing reservations, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff,



and ensuring timely and accurate order delivery. The roles also involve maintaining hygiene and safety standards, handling guest feedback, supporting inventory control, and assisting in training and guiding junior staff. Bartenders and Assistant Bartenders will focus on preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar stock, and ensuring a clean and organized bar environment, while managers and executives will supervise staff, monitor service quality, and support achievement of revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver consistently high-quality guest experiences.
- Effective Communication skills for clear interaction with guests, team members, and management.
- Experience in Hiring and supporting staffing needs, including training, coaching, and performance guidance.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards, menus, and basic bar operations.
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality service roles preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Basic familiarity with POS systems and billing processes; supervisory experience is an advantage for managerial roles.
