Job Summary

MedChoice Healthcare Services is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Accounts to manage accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations and statutory compliance support.

The selected candidate will initially be required to work at our Hyderabad office. Candidates currently residing in Kerala who are proficient in Malayalam and English and willing to relocate to Hyderabad are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle purchase, sales, payment and receipt entries.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers and expense claims.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with vendors and customers.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly reports and assist with account closing.
- Coordinate with internal departments and branch offices for accounting records.
- Support statutory audits and provide required financial documents.
- Help establish and manage accounting operations for Kerala branches in coordination with the Hyderabad team.
- Ensure accuracy,



confidentiality and timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or an equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Practical knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation.
- Strong numerical, analytical and documentation skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.

Language Requirements
- Malayalam: Required
- English: Required
- Telugu or other regional languages will be an added advantage.

Relocation Requirement
- The actual workplace is Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Candidates currently residing in Kerala are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad after selection is mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the Hyderabad office.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in healthcare, medical devices, distribution or service-based organizations.
- Candidates familiar with multi-branch accounting operations.
- Candidates who can independently manage routine accounting activities and coordinate with different departments.
