- Inverter Batteries Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Locations: Patna / Jharkhand, Gorakhpur, Chandigarh, Moradabad, Ghaziabad, Prayagraj Key Responsibilities &
- Objectives Formulate and execute monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. Track market progress, analyze target vs. achievement metrics, and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM). Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors and dealers across the assigned region. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date lists of all active distributors and dealers in the market. Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of the local battery market and competitive landscape. Monitor sales volume of Lead Acid E-Rickshaw and Inverter Batteries in the territory.



Track competitors and players selling Lithium Batteries in the region, including pricing and product positioning. Identify operational challenges and pain points faced by local dealers and distributors to deliver actionable market feedback and recommendations. Develop a robust technical and commercial understanding of the company's battery portfolio and Unique Selling Propositions (USPs). Effectively communicate product advantages to dealers, distributors, and end-customers.

Preferred Skills &

- Eligibility Requirements Minimum 7 years of hands-on sales experience in the battery industry, specifically dealing in Lead Acid E-Rickshaw Batteries and/or Inverter Batteries. Prior working experience with top 10 lead-acid battery manufacturing or distribution companies. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages. In-depth knowledge of local distribution networks, pricing trends, competitor dynamics, and dealer-distributor relations.
