Role: AM/ Manager Production Finance
Location: HO-Gurgaon, India
Experience: 2-4 years/ 4-8 years
CTC range: 15-18 LPA
Qualifications: Qualified ICWA/CA/MBA Finance

Responsibilities Summary The core work is overseeing the financial aspects of a production process, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and costs are controlled. Core work includes budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Also works closely with growers, production teams,
and other stakeholders to manage the financial health of quality production from start to finish.
Also plays a key role in strategic financial planning, risk management, and supporting production planning and cost optimization.
Candidate profile requirements
- Finance and business acumen
- Experience working in ERP systems required (SAP, S4HANA, CO etc)
- Product costing experience required
- Robust problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle several projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross functionally, lead and develop teams
- Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment to solve complex problems
