We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions for real-world business problems.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, experience building and integrating AI models, and the ability to develop scalable AI applications using up-to-date frameworks, cloud platforms, and data technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
- Build AI-powered applications using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI techniques.
- Develop and integrate Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions, AI assistants, chatbots, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search capabilities.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data preparation, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
- Develop AI services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimise AI models for accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Integrate AI models and third-party AI services into enterprise applications and existing systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, architects, and product teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Deploy and maintain AI applications in production environments.
- Implement model monitoring, performance evaluation, version control, and continuous improvement practices.
- Follow best practices for AI security, data privacy, responsible AI, and software engineering quality.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable tools and approaches for business use cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- 4–8 years of experience in AI engineering, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and software development fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, model evaluation, feature engineering, and statistical concepts.
- Experience developing Generative AI applications using LLMs.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and LLM evaluation.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI-compatible APIs, or other LLM platforms.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and application integration.
- Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and data processing pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Git, automated testing, Docker, and deployment practices.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or Milvus.
- Experience with fine-tuning, quantisation, inference optimisation, and model serving.
- Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, model versioning, and monitoring tools.
- Experience developing AI agents and multi-step AI workflows.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, distributed computing, and scalable cloud architectures.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in production with measurable business outcomes.
