AI Engineer Apprentice learn to support AI products, data agents, copilots, chatbots, RAG, prompt evaluation & responsible AI.
Duration: 12 Months Learning: Python, SQL, API, GenAI, LLM, embeddings, vector search, RAG, agent, privacy, safety & governance.
Responsibilities: Assist with AI prototypes, document ingestion, embeddings, retrieval & prompts; support integrations, response validation, testing & documentation.
Deliverables: AI prototype component, prompt test set, RAG evaluation notes & responsible AI checklist.
Eligibility: Must meet NATS registration & organization-specific apprenticeship eligibility requirement.
Guardrail: Supervised developmental role; production-critical ownership only after competency & mentor approval. Conversion depend on business need, policy & performance
