Key Responsibilities:

- Handle all company-related legal matters, court cases, and legal proceedings.
- Coordinate with government departments and authorities for approvals, permissions, notices, and documentation.
- Draft and review legal notices, agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Manage labour law matters, industrial disputes, property-related issues, and statutory compliance.
- Represent the company before relevant authorities and coordinate with external advocates.
- Provide legal advice to management and ensure the company's legal interests are protected.

Required Qualifications:-
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Valid enrolment with the appropriate State Bar Council.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in legal practice, corporate legal work, industrial matters, or government department coordination.




- Solid knowledge of applicable Indian laws, court procedures, legal drafting, and statutory compliance.

Required Skills:-
- Excellent legal drafting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience handling government offices and legal authorities.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of court procedures, litigation management, and labour and industrial laws.
- Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters and meet deadlines.
- Professional conduct, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
