Key Responsibilities
- Field Outreach & Recruitment:
- Visit high schools, coaching institutes, and local community hubs to introduce academic programs.
- Represent the institution at regional education fairs, career-counseling seminars, and promotional roadshows.
- Build and maintain a network of local influencers, referrers, and feeder-school counselors.
- Student Counseling & Conversion:
- Conduct face-to-face or telephonic career counseling for prospective students and parents.
- Explain course structures, fee frameworks, scholarship opportunities, and career outcomes.
- Follow up consistently on outbound leads and walk-in inquiries to drive conversion rates.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹580,000.00 per year
