Experience: 1–3 years in school admissions, education counselling, sales, or a related field

Job Purpose The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for managing prospective parent enquiries, counselling families, conducting school tours, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions while providing a warm and professional parent experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Understand parents’ requirements and provide accurate information about the school, curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Counsel parents and effectively communicate the school’s USPs and educational philosophy.
- Schedule and conduct campus visits and school tours.
- Follow up regularly with prospective parents through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all fresh and existing leads.
- Handle objections related to fees, curriculum, location, transportation, etc., professionally.
- Drive lead conversion and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and newly enrolled parents.
- Collect required admission documents and ensure completion of admission formalities.




- Participate in school events, parent engagement activities, RWA activities, and admission campaigns when required.
- Prepare daily/weekly admission reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Support the admissions and marketing team in generating and converting new leads.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Education, Management, Sales, Marketing, or Communication will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201015: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
