Role Overview: To lead financial planning, tax compliance, budgeting, and team management

You are required to manage cash flow, risk, and financial reports to help business leaders make smart choices.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily accounting tasks and financial operations.

· Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit reports.

· Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting.

· Ensure full tax compliance and handle audits.

· Monitor cash flow and control company costs.

· Build strong internal financial controls and risk policies.

· Lead, mentor, and guide the finance and accounting team.

Requirements & Skills:

· Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA.

· Professional certification like CA, CPA, or CMA.

· Minimum 8 to 12 years of hands-on finance experience.

· Solid knowledge of tax laws and financial standards (GAAP/IFRS).

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· Advanced skills in accounting software and Excel.
