Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Intern to support our finance team in ensuring every donation, transaction, and financial record is managed with accuracy and transparency.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to accounting operations in a tech-driven social impact ecosystem while helping build financial processes that create real-world impact.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in recording and maintaining financial transactions related to donations, expenses, and

operational activities.
- Support bank reconciliations, payment gateway reconciliations, and verification of financial records.
- Help maintain organized accounting records and documentation for audits and compliance.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS reports, and donor fund utilization reports.
- Support the finance team in tracking campaign funds and ensuring accurate allocation of

donations.
- Assist with invoice processing, expense verification, and vendor payment documentation.
- Help in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support compliance-related documentation for TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect financial information and maintain accurate records.




- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance,

or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting

software is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work in a cooperative environment.
- Passion for transparency, accountability, and contributing to meaningful social impact.
