Chitkara University Online is looking for a dynamic, presentable and student-focused Academic Counsellor to support students throughout their online learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist students with admission, enrolment, and program-related queries.
- Conduct follow-ups and welcome calls for newly admitted students.
- Guide students in using LMS and online learning platforms.
- Maintain student records and ensure regular communication with students.
- Coordinate with faculty, stakeholders, and internal teams to enhance student success.
- Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Required Skills:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Presentable personality with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic workplace.
- Willingness to travel for stakeholder meetings and coordination.

Additional Information:

- Full-time position.
- Location: Chitkara University Corporate Office, CP-67, Mohali.
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
