We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Siliguri. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience and possess a 12th-grade education. This full-time position requires working from the office.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a variety of FMCG products, including edible oil, soya chunks, spices, and tea. You will lead the sales team, develop strategies to increase sales, and manage key customer accounts. You will also conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and ensure that sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities include generating new leads, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. You will also need to maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exemplary customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidates should possess robust communication and leadership skills, as well as a solid understanding of sales strategies and market trends. Previous experience in FMCG sales is essential. It is important for applicants to be self-motivated,
