Job Description: Telecaller

Location: Basavanagudi, Bengaluru

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and profile)

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain services.

Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Maintain call records and update customer information.

Achieve calling targets and support business development activities.

Requirements

Female candidates with good communication skills.

Fluency in English and Hindi; Kannada will be an added advantage.

Valuable convincing, interpersonal,



and telephone-handling skills.

Candidates with prior telecalling experience are preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
