Job Summary

Gokula Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller with valuable communication skills to contact potential customers, generate leads, explain company products and services, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

2. Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.

3. Generate leads and identify potential customers through telephone calls.

4. Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

5. Share qualified leads with the sales team for further action.

6. Maintain daily call records, customer details, and follow-up reports.

7. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

8. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

9. Update customer information in Excel sheets or the company's tracking system.

10. Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude while interacting with customers.

Educational Qualifications

- Intermediate,



Diploma, or any Degree.

- Candidates with relevant telecalling or customer service experience are preferred.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.

- Good listening and convincing skills.

- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work towards targets.

Experience

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation.

Salary

- As per company norms and candidate experience.
