Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.

Present menus and explain food and beverage options.

Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen.

Serve food and beverages professionally and on time.

Set up tables and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant.

Check guest satisfaction and respond politely to requests.

Handle customer complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when necessary.

Prepare and present bills and process payments when required.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.

Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members.

Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties.

Qualifications and Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Ability to work in a team and under pressure.





Good personal hygiene and grooming.

Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred but not always required.

Working Conditions

Full-time or part time shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Standing and walking for extended periods.
