We are looking for a customer-focused and target-driven Jewellery Sales Executive to join our retail showroom team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, welcoming walk-in clients, understanding their styling requirements, and guiding them through our traditional and contemporary jewelry collections to drive revenue.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong eye for visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in showroom clients politely, understand their preferences and budget, and provide customized jewelry recommendations.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly individual and team sales targets using upselling techniques.

• Product Expertise: Explain product details accurately to customers, including gold purity, diamond certifications, making charges, and gemstone value.

• Showroom Operations: Manage billing processes, issue payment invoices via the POS system, and pack ornaments securely before final delivery.

• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the cleanliness, organization,



and visual layout of the jewelry counters and displays to ensure high presentation standards.

• Inventory Security: Assist with daily stock verification, tracking inventory counts, and ensuring the absolute safety of expensive products.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass), though a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in retail sales (Prior experience with premium apparel, luxury lifestyle, or jewelry brands is highly preferred).

• Skills: Robust interpersonal and communication skills, basic computer/numerical knowledge for billing, and a positive, customer-first attitude.

• Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English (Proficiency in the local regional language is a strong advantage).

• Flexibility: Ability to stand for long retail hours and work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
