The Head - Technical Support & Service Operations will be responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving the company's technical support and after-sales service function across its integrated technology portfolio.

This is a senior leadership position requiring a combination of technical expertise, service management, operational discipline, customer relationship management, commercial awareness, and people leadership.

The incumbent will ensure that technology systems installed at customer sites operate reliably, technical issues are resolved within agreed service levels, and customers receive consistent and skilled support throughout the lifecycle of their systems.

The role will oversee the entire support process, from the registration of a service request to diagnosis, resource allocation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, testing, customer confirmation, and final ticket closure.





The Head will also work closely with Project Execution, Design & Engineering, Programming, Sales, Procurement, Finance, OEMs, and external technology partners to improve service quality, reduce recurring failures, optimize costs, and strengthen customer retention.

The overall objective is to transform technical support from a reactive breakdown-handling function into a structured, proactive, measurable, and commercially sustainable service operation.
