Search and identify suitable Government and PSU tender opportunities.

Regularly monitor GeM, CPPP, Bihar e-Procurement and other State Government tender portals.

Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work and contractual conditions.

Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within prescribed deadlines.

Prepare tender checklists, compliance sheets, BOQs, costing sheets and supporting documentation.

Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Operations, Project and Compliance departments to collect required documents.

Manage EMD, tender fees, bid security, performance security and related documentation.

Upload bids accurately on government e-tendering portals using DSC.

Handle pre-bid queries, corrigendums, clarifications, shortfall documents and departmental communications.

Maintain an updated tender calendar and closely track all submission deadlines.

Attend pre-bid meetings, technical presentations and tender-related discussions whenever required.





Liaise professionally with government departments, authorities and clients.

Maintain systematic records of submitted, rejected, awarded and ongoing tenders.

Track bid status and prepare regular MIS reports for management.

Support documentation, agreement formalities and project handover after the award of work.

Ensure complete compliance with tender terms, statutory requirements and organizational policies.
