Responsibilities:

* Recruiting top-notch Information Technology (IT) candidates to fill our client requirements (nation-wide)

* Querying job board databases for candidate resumes. Reviewing the resumes and qualifying candidates

* Conduct phone screens, and schedule and face-to-face interviews for candidates

* Format candidate resumes and submit them to hiring managers via the vendor portals

* Uploading and updating information into corporate back office application while utilizing our systems to track opportunities and candidates

* Participate in weekly meetings, provide feedback and updates on open positions and active candidates

* Manage relationships with existing clients by identifying needs and/or issues

* Development of strong relationships with your candidate pool of resources

* Develop and maintain relationships with local universities and colleges

* Perform Salary/Rate Negotiations while meeting Company*s goals

* Conduct reference checks as needed

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience as an IT Technical Recruiter

* Excellent communication skills

* Must have on all US or India hiring (domestic) experience.

* Must know the various work USA Visa backgrounds (L1,



H1, OPT, GC etc)

* Must be adept in creative recruiting through networking, social media and traditional recruiting methods.

* Must have a proven track record of recruiting through cold calling, as well as lead generation, and have experience in interview preparation, placement and closing.

* Ability to assess candidate's technical ability; identify and match candidate's behavioral traits

* Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive get-it-done attitude.

* Must be able to take a proactive position in understanding client needs and corporate partnering.

* Must be determined to succeed, and willing to work hard.

* Must have positive general computer skills including the MS Office Suite.

* Must have excellent written and verbal communication ski
