- Follow up on overdue EMIs, loans, or other outstanding dues as assigned.

- Explain payment details and encourage timely repayment.

- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

- Update customer information and call records accurately.

- Maintain skilled communication and report daily performance to the team leader.
