Chessbrainz is a growing sports-tech company with a presence in 50+ countries, making chess more accessible to players around the world. We're looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our Operations team and help ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Job Location:

Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning.

- Coordinate with coaches and internal teams to resolve operational queries and issues.

- Maintain and update operational records, trackers, and reports accurately.

- Monitor class schedules, coach availability, and session-related updates.

- Ensure operational processes and guidelines are followed consistently.

- Identify and report discrepancies, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely resolution.

- Support process improvements and other operational activities as required.

Skills & Requirements





- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

- Organised, responsible, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

- Prior experience in operations or coordination is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
