Counter Sales Executive

About the Role

is looking for a polite, customer-focused Counter Sales Executive for our home bedding and furnishing

showroom. The ideal candidate should know how to sell, understand customer needs, and work well with the team.

Experience in home bedding, home textiles, or furnishing retail will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

 Welcome customers warmly and understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.

 Explain product features, fabric quality, sizes, prices, and care instructions clearly.

 Help customers choose suitable bedsheets, comforters, blankets, bedding sets, curtains, and other home

furnishing products.

 Handle queries and price objections confidently, recommend relevant products, and close sales.

 Suggest complementary products to increase sales while respecting the customer's budget.

 Handle customer concerns patiently and coordinate with the manager when needed.

 Keep the counter, shelves, and product displays clean, organised, and presentable.





 Coordinate with the billing and stock teams for accurate billing, packing, and smooth customer service.

 Support teammates during busy hours and contribute towards showroom sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

 Valuable selling skills and confidence in dealing with walk-in customers.

 Polite, patient, respectful, and helpful behaviour.

 Clear communication in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.

 A team-oriented attitude, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility.

 Willingness to learn the product range and take ownership of customer service.

 Previous retail or counter sales experience preferred.

 Candidates from the home bedding, furnishing, or home textile industry will receive preference.
