As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and facilitating services in the civil and electrical sectors. This is a full-time position based in Delhi NCR.

You will coordinate with the director to manage daily schedules and ensure all tasks are accomplished efficiently. Your key responsibilities include:

- Meeting with clients to discuss potential services and assist with work orders.

- Organizing and optimizing the director's schedule for meetings and service requirements.

- Serving as a liaison between clients and the director to enhance communication and operational flow.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage schedules and meetings.

- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and report to management.

- Proficiency in basic office software to assist with documentation and scheduling tasks.





This position requires a graduate degree and is suitable for individuals with 0 to 5 years of experience. You will need to be comfortable with fieldwork as you will be meeting clients outside the office. A valid driving license might be necessary for travel purposes.
