You will also be required to collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, following the company's guidelines for proper submission.

Key responsibilities include:

- Safely delivering parcels: Ensure that all items are delivered to customers without damage and within the designated time frame.

- Utilizing the company app: Use the mobile application effectively for delivery planning and tracking purposes.

- Engaging with customers: Communicate respectfully with customers, ensuring a positive experience during the handover of parcels.

- Collecting COD payments: Handle cash payments securely and submit them according to company procedures.
