Keshava Elite Projects (KEP Labs) is a technology-focused organization working across Software Development, AI, Robotics, IoT, Embedded Systems, and simulation technologies. We are looking for a motivated Python Developer Intern to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of real-world software products and applications.

About the Role

As a Python Developer Intern, you will work closely with our software engineering team to develop, test, debug, and maintain Python-based applications, backend services, and APIs. This role is suitable for candidates with a foundation in Python programming who are eager to gain practical experience through real-world project development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and software components.

- Write clean, readable, reusable, and maintainable Python code.

- Work with Python programming concepts, data structures, and object-oriented programming.

- Develop and integrate REST APIs using frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django.

- Work with databases, including SQL-based databases, for data storage and retrieval.

- Integrate backend services with frontend applications and external APIs.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues.

- Implement data processing, automation, and scripting solutions.

- Work with JSON, API requests, and third-party service integrations.

- Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical discussions.

- Prepare technical documentation for developed features and applications.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, AI engineers, and other engineering teams.

- Contribute to real-world software products, including KLS - KEP Labs Simulator.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Pursuing or completed , ., MCA, , ., or a related degree.

- Good understanding of Python programming fundamentals.

- Knowledge of variables, data types, loops, functions, and exception handling.





- Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).

- Basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

- Familiarity with SQL and database fundamentals.

- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.

- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.

- Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability.

- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with knowledge or experience in any of the following will have an advantage:

- FastAPI, Flask, or Django

- REST API development and integration

- PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite

Internship Details

Important Compensation Information

This is an unpaid internship. No stipend will be provided during the internship period.

The internship is intended to provide candidates with practical Python development experience, real project exposure, technical learning, and professional development.

Monthly Performance-Based Appreciation: Interns who demonstrate outstanding performance, consistent progress, dedication, and valuable project contributions may receive monthly appreciation and recognition.

Full-Time Employment Opportunities: After 4-6 months of the internship, interns demonstrating consistently strong performance, commitment, and significant project contributions may have a strong opportunity to be considered for full-time employment with KEP Labs, subject to business requirements and available positions. Full-time employment is not guaranteed.
