# JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES & MARKETING

*Position:* Area Sales Manager

*Location:* Odisha

*Salary:* ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month

## Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to drive business growth, develop new markets, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets across the assigned territory.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

* Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and other potential customers.

* Generate current business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Follow up on customer orders, payments, outstanding balances, and collections.

* Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, and customer support.

* Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and sales forecasts for management.

* Promote company products and implement marketing activities in the assigned territory.





## Required Qualifications & Experience

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in ACP sheets, building materials, construction materials, or a related industry.

* Strong knowledge of dealer and distributor networks in the assigned region.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

* Ability to achieve sales targets and independently manage the assigned market.

## Compensation & Benefits

* Monthly salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000, depending on experience and suitability.

* Travel and other business expenses as per company policy.

* Performance-based incentives, if applicable.
