Minimum Qualification: Graduation, Post Graduation, Diploma, ITI

Minimum Experience: 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

Execute planned journey plans (PJP) to visit retailers, mechanics, IWs and MASS.

Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales & collection targets.

Identify and onboard new customers to expand the network.

Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

Increase the range of products sold at customer locations.

Develop product knowledge for effective market communication.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness.

Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.

Maintain accurate records of market visits and submit regular reports.

Communicate policies, schemes,



offers and credit notes to customers.

Maintain organized displays of genuine parts, accessories and lubricants.

Address customer queries, feedback and concerns promptly.

Submit tour bills and expense-related documents on time.

Use digital platforms provided by the company.

Attend training programs and continuously upgrade skills.
