- Preparation of welding procedure and other related documents- Knowledge of various welding processes (SMAW,SAW,GTAW,GMAW,FCAW,SASC,ESW etc)- Awareness of various code and standard- Good understanding of welding basics (preheat/interpass/DHT/ISR/PWHT/weld defect/distortion control/ welding consumable monitoring etc.- Knowledge of pressure vessel and heat exchanger fabrication- Knowledge of basic welding metallurgy of C-Mn, MnMoNi steel, stainless steel, nickel based alloys etc and various type of heat treatment- Perform root cause analysis for weld/base metal failure and suggest corrective actions accordingly- Developing & implementing new welding procedure, technique or technology- Shop surveillance for welding activities- Should have positive verbal and written communication skillLocation - Hazira
