The Individual will be responsible for driving transversal projects and initiatives at ISPL F&S; in partnership with Global stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDirect ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & GovernanceLead and drive projects along with developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders across the organizationStrong understanding of project life cycle and must be able to manage multiple finance projectsMonitor transformation project portfolio and ensure building strong partnership with global interlocutors & stakeholders.Stakeholder & Change ManagementCoordinate within ISPL and global stakeholders (CFO, GSO) as well as functions i.E. HR, Compliance, Risk etc.Facilitate workshops, steering‑committee meetings and executive briefings; translate technical jargon into finance‑focused business language.Create and execute communication plans that drive adoption and reduce resistancePerformance MeasurementDefine and monitor relevant metrics (e.G., FTE saved, cycle‑time reduction, cost‑avoidance, etc.)Build and maintain a central Project Management Office (PMO) dashboard (KPIs, RAG status,
