This program offers fresh graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on industry exposure, work closely with experienced professionals, and develop practical skills in project development and execution within the commercial real estate sector.Job DescriptionAbout the roleJoin our Project & Development Services team and work alongside engineers, architects and contractors on live projects. You'll learn how projects are designed, coordinated, built and handed over, with hands-on exposure to site work and project management.What you'll doAssist senior engineers in reviewing design basis reports, drawings and project development activitiesSupport design coordination and project implementation, working with architects, contractors and other stakeholders across the project lifecycleConduct site inspections to track daily progress and make sure safety standards are followedPrepare progress reports, documentation and presentations to communicate project updatesSupport project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting and resource coordinationAssist in testing and commissioning of civil, electrical and mechanical systemsSupport quality control to ensure projects meet safety, environmental and performance standardsFollow company safety policies and help maintain a safe, compliant work environmentWhat you'll gainPractical experience across the full project lifecycleTraining and development programmes to build your technical and professional skillsRegular exposure to industry trends, technologies and best practices in project executionWho we're looking forB.Tech in Civil,
