Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesProcess Audit ExecutionConduct process audits as per audit plan.Verify adherence to SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and quality procedures.Machine parameter audit & strengthening - Filling machines, Robots, Vison system, RBT & Wheel alignment machinesEvaluate process effectiveness and compliance with internal and customer requirements.Address Customer inputs in process audit & revise the standards periodically Special focus on Key stage & operation during audit & ensure 4MUnique system process audit establishmentNon-Conformance ManagementProcess audit NC - TCF- Paint- BIWCritical Machine Gap analysis & benchmarkingVehicle System wise NC Process refinement based on field inputsRecord all product & process deviationShortage Management system establishmentPokyoke, Traceability, Traveller card adherence, Data management systemCompliance & Quality SystemsEnsure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA, IMS, QMS or applicable quality standards.Support internal, customer, and certification audits.Maintain audit records and documentation.Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze audit findings and quality trends.Prepare management reports and audit scorecards.Recommend process improvements based on audit outcomes.Experience3- 5 YearsIndustry PreferredAutomobileQualificationsB.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical,
