Roles & Responsibilities:

Product Management
. Manage recent product launches and drive product communication across the organization.Improve existing product policies, processes, and portfolio performance.

Sales Enablement
. Partner with L&D; to design training programs, support sales teams with trackers and marketing initiatives, and drive campaigns/contests to improve productivity and business conversion.

Stakeholder Management
. Collaborate with Product, Credit, Operations, and Sales teams, including HDFC Bank
stakeholders, to drive business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

Business Analytics
. Track mortgage business performance through MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports. Analyze market share trends and provide actionable insights to management.

Customer Experience
. Resolve customer complaints and escalations within defined timelines while ensuring high service standards.

Business Growth
. Drive sales force transformation initiatives and support strategic projects aimed atimproving efficiency, revenue, and overall business performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

. MBA / PGDM or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
. 5-8 years of experience in the mortgage, home loan, housing finance, or retail lending industry.
. Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit processes, disbursement operations,and self-employed customer segments.
. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
. Strong analytical mindset with experience in MIS reporting and business performance management.
. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business initiatives independently.
