Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Python Backend Developer with hands-on Generative AI expertise, particularly in LangChain and LangGraph. The candidate will build scalable backend services and production-grade GenAI applications involving LLM orchestration, RAG, agentic workflows, and enterprise data integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Build and maintain microservices and backend integrations.
- Develop GenAI applications using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Design LangGraph-based agentic workflows, including multi-step/stateful workflows, tool calling, routing, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using enterprise data.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
- Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, structured outputs, and function/tool calling.
- Integrate vector databases and enterprise data sources with GenAI applications.
- Implement security, authentication, logging, exception handling, monitoring, and testing.
- Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of software/backend development experience with robust Python expertise.
- Strong experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM applications.




- Strong hands-on experience with LangChain for LLM integration, chains, tools, retrieval, and RAG.
- Strong hands-on experience with LangGraph for agentic, stateful, and multi-step AI workflows.
- Experience with RAG architecture, embeddings, document chunking, retrieval, and vector search.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI/Azure OpenAI or equivalent.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search.
- Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Prompt engineering and prompt management
