Education: B. Tech from a Tier-1 college (M.S / M. Tech in Computer Science, IT or a similar field preferred)

What You’ll Do

- Perform hypothesis testing, insight generation, root cause analysis and factor analysis
- Develop predictive and prescriptive statistical models using machine learning techniques and algorithms
- Train and test models, improve accuracy and monitor model performance
- Extract data from EDW / big data platforms and prepare datasets (base data creation, aggregation, transformation)



and perform EDA
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and present findings

What We’re Looking For

- 3 - 5 years of relevant machine learning experience
- Minimum 1 year of Generative AI experience
- Fluency in at least one of Python, R or Java
- Strong grounding in statistical and machine learning concepts and algorithms
- Hands-on knowledge of Python libraries: Sci Py, Num Py, Pandas, IPython, Scikit-learn
- Knowledge of distributed big data processing (PySpark, Jupyter, Linux, AWS)
- Solid data interpretation and problem-solving skills
- High sense of ownership, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong learning acumen and a love for technology
- Team management skills (a plus)
