Role Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced London Market insurance professional to operate as a Senior Associate / Subject Matter Expert in premium and endorsement processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complex premium-booking transactions.
- Process endorsements.
- Interpret London Market insurance documentation.
- Provide subject-matter guidance to operations teams.
- Support knowledge-calibration sessions.
- Assist with quality reviews and audits.
- Resolve complex processing exceptions.
- Support training and knowledge transfer.
- Identify opportunities to improve transaction accuracy.




- Robust Lloyd's of London insurance knowledge.
- Hands-on premium-booking experience.
- Endorsement-processing experience.
- Ability to interpret complex insurance documentation.
- Experience supporting quality, audit or knowledge-management activities.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
