Key Responsibilities:

The 3DX Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions on the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform. This role ensures that the platform architecture aligns with business processes, engineering requirements, and enterprise IT standards.
• Strong knowledge of Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA).
• Experience in PLM architecture and implementation.
• Proficiency in data modeling, workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (web services, APIs).
• Understanding of CAD/CAE Integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

3DX Operation Support (5-12 years)

Key Responsibilities:

Support the creation, review, and approval of Change Actions (CAs), Change Requests (CRs), and Change Orders (COs) in 3DEXPERIENCE.
Ensure proper linkage between impacted items, revisions, and associated documentation.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to gather and validate change-related data.
Monitor change workflows and ensure timely progression through lifecycle stages.
Maintain data integrity and compliance with internal and industry standards.
Provide training and support to users on 3DX Change Management processes and tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to change workflows, object relationships, and permissions.
Generate reports and dashboards to track change metrics and KPIs.
Experience with 3DX apps like Change Management, Engineering Central, Product Structure Editor.
Knowledge of configuration and customization of 3DX workflows

UBOM Specialist - 3DEXPERIENCE PLM (5-12 years)

Position Summary
The BOM Specialist is responsible for supporting, improving, and driving adoption of Bill of Materials (BOM) processes within the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM environment. This role partners with business users, process owners, and technical teams to ensure BOM-related processes are efficient, governed, user-friendly, and aligned with business requirements.
The position serves as a key link between end users and PLM/IT support teams by resolving process issues, identifying enhancement opportunities, improving data quality, and enabling effective user adoption through training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support for BOM-related processes in the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM environment.
Troubleshoot user issues related to BOM creation, maintenance, release, and change processes.
Support day-to-day PLM operations, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and IT teams to improve BOM processes and user experience.
Identify, document, and prioritize enhancement opportunities for BOM workflows, structures, and related PLM capabilities.
Drive user adoption through training, job aids,



process documentation, and hands-on support.
Promote standard work and best practices for BOM creation, maintenance, governance, and change control.
Monitor BOM data quality and support corrective actions to improve accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of process or system enhancements.
Support change management activities related to current PLM capabilities, process updates, and user onboarding.
Track and report support trends, recurring issues, adoption challenges, and process improvement opportunities.
Contribute to governance and compliance for BOM-related data and processes.
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting BOM, product data, or PLM-related processes in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE and/or other PLM platforms.
Strong understanding of BOM structures, product lifecycle processes, and engineering change management.
Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders and end users.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain process and system concepts to non-technical users.
Experience creating training materials, work instructions, or user documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with engineering BOMs, manufacturing BOMs, and product configuration processes.
Familiarity with change processes such as ECO, ECN, and release management.
Experience in PLM operations, user support, or business process ownership.
Knowledge of data governance, master data quality, and process controls.
Experience supporting system enhancements, UAT, and release adoption.
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
