Role Overview

Prime Talent Bridge is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate for a multinational client operating a high-volume finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process supplier invoices.
- Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching.
- Review invoice and supporting documentation.
- Identify discrepancies and obtain necessary information.
- Maintain accurate accounts-payable records.
- Support payment-processing activities.
- Follow accounting controls and procedures.
- Meet required processing deadlines.
- Support reconciliation and reporting activities where required.
- B. Com graduate.
- Knowledge of key accounting principles and procedures.




- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Working knowledge of two-way and three-way invoice matching.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; suitable fresh graduates may also be considered.
- High-volume Accounts Payable or Shared Services experience preferred.
- Robust written and verbal communication.
- Organized, adaptable and team-oriented.
