As part of our digital transformation at one of the world's leading automotive suppliers, we are looking for a collaborator who will play a crucial role in requirement analysis, business communication, and project coordination for Microsoft Power Platform solutions and Sinequa.

As the ideal candidate, you will work as a member of the Collaborative & Cloud Services Department and act as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, developers, and management. The primary responsibilities of this role include communicating with customers to understand and finalize requirements, checking feasibility with technical teams, preparing effort estimations and project timelines, presenting proposals to management for approval, following up on project execution and PROD deployment, and managing both technical and user documentation.

Functional Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers and business users to understand, clarify, and finalize requirements for Microsoft Power Platform solutions and Sinequa.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user guides, and technical inputs in a clear and structured format.
- Coordinate with developers to check feasibility, dependencies, solution approach, effort estimation, and delivery timeline.
- Prepare and present requirement scope, estimation, timeline, risks, and business benefits to management for review and approval.
- Track project activities from requirement finalization through development, testing, UAT, approval, PROD deployment, and post-go-live follow-up.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, testers, and support teams to ensure timely completion of agreed actions.
- Support UAT preparation, collect user feedback, and ensure required changes are communicated and tracked.
- Ensure alignment with internal governance,



compliance, documentation, and deployment standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role in IT / digital transformation projects.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio, preferably in an enterprise workplace.
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution proposals for Power Platform initiatives.
- Practical understanding of Share Point Online, Dataverse, standard and premium connectors, environment strategy, security roles, solution deployment, and Power Platform governance principles.
- Experience coordinating the end-to-end Power Platform solution lifecycle, including feasibility assessment, estimation, development follow-up, testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Dev Ops boards, ticketing tools, or service management processes will be an added value.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
- Good knowledge of project lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, development follow-up, testing, UAT, approval, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Share Point Online, Power Platform, and enterprise search / Sinequa solutions will be preferred.
