Our client is a Technical Textile manufacturer.

Designation: - Export Executive (Inside Sales)

Job Location: - Mumbai

Job Profile:

The Position will be responsible for:

- Coordinate with production plants to monitor export orders, prepare shipping schedules, and ensure timely execution and dispatch.
- Liaise with Purchase, Logistics, and Accounts teams for raw material availability, shipment coordination, export documentation, and payment follow-ups.
- Manage buyer communication, sample dispatches, fabric inspection reports, and packing details.
- Maintain buyer-wise export order records and prepare periodic reports on shipped and pending orders.
- Prepare fabric costing for new enquiries and update enquiry and quotation details in ERP.




- Handle OEM order processing through customer portals, order confirmations, CAD approvals, and weekly status reports.
- Coordinate current design development with production plants and support customer development activities.

Desired Candidate: -

- Diploma/B. Tech in Textile Engineering with 4–6 years of experience in export marketing/coordination, preferably in the textile industry.
- Should have knowledge of export order processing, ERP, shipment coordination, and export documentation.
