SCOPE : Wöhr Parking Systems Pvt Ltd (WPS)is creating a new engineering function to support New Factory setup at Shirwal , Pune and is seeking a qualified candidate to lead this function. The position will be responsible for heading Quality Assuarnce department , Impementation of ISO 9001 , 14001, 45001 certifciates in the organisation form Scratch. He shall lead a team to moniter and drive actions to improve Cutomer compaints , Inhouse rejection and reworks , and Supplier Rejections. Drive major corrective and preventive actions imcuting contimues improvements

Responsibilites : Quality Management System (QMS) Development and Implementation:
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the factory’s QMS to ensure products meet regulatory and customer requirements.Ensuring Compliance:
Implement and oversee adherence to all applicable quality standards, regulations, and industry certifications (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001.ISO 45001), ensuring all processes align with the required quality standards.Team Leadership:
Manage and lead the QA team, ensuring that each team member is adequately trained, motivated, and aligned with the company’s quality objectives. Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.Quality Control and Inspection:
Develop and implement robust inspection processes for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving: Lead investigations into quality issues or defects, applying root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram)
to identify problems and develop corrective and preventive actions.Supplier Quality Management:
Work closely with suppliers to ensure that raw materials, components, and subassemblies meet quality standards before they reach the production line. Conduct audits and evaluations to assess supplier quality performance.Continuous Improvement:



Champion continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen, aiming to reduce waste, enhance product quality, and increase efficiency. Reduce Customer , Inhouse and Supplier Rejection Product Testing and Validation:
Oversee the design and execution of testing and validation procedures to ensure product durability, safety, and compliance with customer specifications.Customer Communication and Support:
Act as a liaison between the company and its customers regarding quality-related concerns, addressing complaints, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze quality data from production lines, customer feedback, and audits to identify trends, create reports, and drive decision-making. Provide regular quality reports to upper management.Training and Development:
Ensure that all personnel in the manufacturing and quality teams are adequately trained on quality control procedures, safety standards, and the latest best practices in fabrication.Risk Management: Identify potential risks to product quality in both manufacturing and design phases. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks proactively.Audit and Inspection:
Oversee internal and external audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality systems, industry regulations, and customer requirements.Cost Control and Budgeting:
Manage the QA department's budget, ensuring productive use of resources and compliance with cost constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.Product Documentation:
Ensure that all necessary quality documentation (test reports, certificates, inspection logs, etc.) is maintained accurately and is readily accessible for regulatory or customer requirements.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : BE Mech/ production/ Indust Eng14-15 years of industrial experience. Knowledge of ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 ,ISO 45001 Familiarity with QC tools , Kaizen , 8D, Root Cause Analysis Expetise in FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, SPC , MSA , and HERA.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
