Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive , a business management software solution company for interior and project-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct online software demos for prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain client details, sales pipelines, and follow-up records in CRM.
- Coordinate with marketing, implementation, and customer success teams.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or software sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are mandatory.
- Solid client handling, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in conducting online demos and interacting with business owners.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
