About the Role

As a Merchant Onboarding Specialist, you are the vital bridge bringing local merchants, food joints, and business owners onto our platform.

This is not a high-pressure, cold-calling desk job. Instead, you will act as a trusted business consultant in the field—identifying top merchant partners, walking them through the digital opportunities our platform offers, handling seamless registration, and setting them up for immediate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner Prospecting & Field Visits: Scout designated commercial clusters and build relationships with independent merchants, popular local outlets, and retail partners.
- Consultative Pitching: Meet decision-makers face-to-face, understand their operational model, and explain how partnering with us boosts their footfall and daily order volume.
- Documentation & Go-Live: Guide merchants through the onboarding process—collecting necessary licenses, verifying KYC/FSSAI details, setting up menus/inventories, and ensuring their store goes live smoothly.
- Initial Merchant Training: Educate newly onboarded partners on managing order flows, utilizing partner app dashboards, and reviewing transaction summaries.
- Cross-Functional Handoff:



Coordinate closely with the operations and support teams to resolve any day-one technical or operational queries.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in field sales, B2B merchant acquisition, client servicing, or retail distribution. (Enthusiastic fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills are welcome to apply!)
- Communication Skills: Confident interpersonal skills with fluency in the local language and working knowledge of English.
- Local Market Knowledge: Good familiarity with local food hotspots, retail hubs, and commercial streets.
- Mobility: Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and a smartphone.
- Mindset: An entrepreneurial, relationship-first attitude—you take pride in seeing a partner business grow on our platform.
