Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Zonal Sales Managers to oversee sales operations. Zonal Sales Manager will focus on driving growth, building customer relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team within their designated area. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the building materials industry (plywood, laminates, paint, cement, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for the assigned zone to meet revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify and nurture strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Supervise and motivate the zonal sales team to achieve targets and provide support in complex negotiations.
- Analyze zone-specific market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, performance evaluations, and team training to foster a culture of excellence.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute localized campaigns and promotional activities aligned with the company's objectives.




- Prepare periodic sales reports and ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting for the zone.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales within the building materials sector (plywood, hardware etc.).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comprehensive understanding of the assigned zone's market dynamics and existing professional network is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
