We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator / Tender Executive with hands-on experience in GeM and IREPS and government tendering processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Online tender filling and submission through GeM, IREPS and other portals.
- Searching and identifying recent tenders and business prospects.
- Pre-tender and post-tender follow-ups with customers and prospects.
- Maintaining sales records, tender files and preparing MIS reports.
- Coordination with government departments and sales representatives.
- Vendor registration and renewal with government departments.
- Customer correspondence, queries and complaint handling.
- Preparing and sending PI/quotations to customers.




- Payment follow-up and order coordination.

Required Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of GeM & IREPS.
- Good English communication and email/letter writing skills.
- Computer proficiency, especially MS Excel/MS Office.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and convincing skills.
- Professional maturity while dealing with customers and government departments.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in tendering, sales coordination or government/PSU business preferred.

Salary: 18000 - 20,000 per month

Preference: Preferably locally based in Faridabad.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
