Full job description What You Will Do

Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Real Estate (Coimbatore)

Role Overview:

A Field Sales Executive – Real Estate manages property leads, conducts on-site client visits, presents residential or commercial projects, and converts prospects into confirmed bookings for a real estate company.

Your main job will be to travel around Coimbatore and find new construction projects, especially premium villas and houses, at an early stage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scout Projects: Travel across Coimbatore to spot new residential and commercial construction sites.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and connect with owners, architects, builders, and contractors.

3. Relationship Building: Introduce our brand, pitch products, and build a strong professional network.

4. Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Leader

5. Site Visit Coordination: Schedule appointments, travel to project locations, and provide thorough walkthroughs of plots, villas, or apartments.

6. Property Presentation: Explain project layouts, pricing, infrastructure, legal approvals, connectivity, and investment appreciation potential.

Objection Handling & Closing: Address client concerns regarding price, location, or financing, and coordinate with management to close sales.

8. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Minimum 12th Pass, Diploma, or any Bachelor’s degree.

9. Experience: Freshers with good communication skills or candidates with 1 years of experience in real estate, field sales, or B2C sales & Good at noticing new projects and finding information.

10. Transportation: Valid two-wheeler driving license and access to a bike/scooter for daily field travel.
