Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and organized individual to join our Service Operations Team as a Service Engineer. He/She will be in charge of Service Execution at the Ground Level, handling customers who face issues with their rented/ buy products. The role involves planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely completion of all service activities while maintaining seamless communication with customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

- Check the daily assigned Service Tickets, call customers, and plan service activities with proper route planning as per the defined SOP.




- Coordinate with Technicians (Furniture & Appliances category) to ensure timely completion of all scheduled service visits.
- Arrange the required spare parts for scheduled service activities from the internal warehouse team and hand them over to technicians on the day of the visit.
- Maintain accurate records of service tickets- Planned, Executed, Backlog, and Key performance indicators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of Household Furniture & Appliances.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and Google Sheets.
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills in English, Hindi and Regional Language.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
