Role Overview

We are hiring an Accounts Executive to handle both AR/AP operations and US accounting responsibilities, including transaction management, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer invoicing, vendor payments, and payment follow-ups.

Maintain general ledger records and perform bookkeeping.

Conduct bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.

Prepare financial reports and assist with financial statement preparation.

Support monthly and yearly closing activities.

Apply US GAAP principles and follow relevant accounting and taxation procedures.

Maintain financial documentation and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Knowledge of AR/AP, US accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.

Understanding of US GAAP.

Solid communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
