Position: S3D Piping Modeler

Location: Noida

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced S3D Piping Modeller with hands-on expertise in Hexagon Smart 3D (S3D/SP3D) for EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for piping, modeling, routing, equipment modeling, drawing extraction, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D piping models using Smart 3D (S3D/SP3D).
- Perform piping routing based on P&IDs;, Line Lists, Plot Plans, and Equipment Layouts.
- Model piping components, valves, fittings, supports, and specialty items.
- Generate piping deliverables such as Layouts, GA Drawings, Isometrics, and MTO reports from Smart 3D models.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.




- Ensure compliance with project specifications and client standards.
- Participate in model reviews and resolve design issues.

Required Skills

- 3-5 years of experience in S3D/SP3D Piping Modeling.
- Solid knowledge of piping layouts, routing, equipment modeling, and pipe supports.
- Experience in drawing extraction and MTO generation.
- Good understanding of P&IDs;, PMS, Line Lists, and Vendor Drawings.
- Proficiency in Smart 3D (S3D/SP3D), AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or EPC projects preferred.

Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
